Is something stuck in the print queue
Type services in the search bar, then click the Desktop app
result. Right-click on the Print Spooler and Stop the service. In the
search box, type %WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers and pick the File
folder result. Delete the contents of the folder when it opens, then close the
window. On the Services window, right-click the Print
Spooler and Start it
